    3. What do you consider my billing address?
    4. Can I cancel an order?
    5. Are credit card transactions safe?

What payment means do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard and debit cards including JCB, Maestro-UK and Solo. Paypal is also accepted at our secure checkout site.

When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card is charged immediately upon completion of the checkout process. Sophisticated systems are set up to immediately send your order to our shipping department, to be shipped out by the end of the following business day.

What do you consider my billing address?
Your billing address is the same address information on file with your credit card company. When entering this information during the checkout process it is important that you enter this information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If the information is not accurate, your card may be declined

    Can I cancel an order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process has been completed. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause you.

If you have any difficulties, please feel free to reach us by clicking the ‘Contact Us’ button on the website. We will get back to you shortly.

    Are credit card transactions safe?

Absolutely! In fact, it's statistically safer to use your credit card over the Internet than in a restaurant or department store. Payments are gone through WorldPay or Paypal servers, which use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that works with Firefox, Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer, and AOL's browser, so that customer's personal information can be protected.

    8. Precautions when using a battery

    What is a battery?
In science and technology, a battery is a device that stores energy and makes it available in an electrical form. It converts chemical energy into electrical energy, producing an electric current when connected in a circuit. The finished battery is an electrically connected group of cells (wired in series) that stores an electrical charge and supplies a direct current (DC). We usually call finished battery as battery pack and unfinished battery is called as cell.

    How to classify batteries?
Batteries are grouped into following categories:
    Alkaline battery
    Zincic carbolic battery
    Lead-Acid battery
    Nickel-metal-hydride
    Nickel-cadmium
    Lithium battery
    Li-ion battery
    Li-polymer battery
    Fuel cells
    Solar cells
    Other types of battery

What are the differences between Primary Battery and Rechargeable Battery?
A primary battery is not intended to be recharged and is discarded when the battery has delivered all of its electrical energy.
A rechargeable battery is a galvanic battery which, after discharge, is restored to the fully charged state by the passage of an electrical current through the cell in the opposite direction to that of discharge.

What causes short lifetime of battery?

    1. Charger or electro circuit can't be fit for the battery.
    2. Overcharge and over-discharge, etc.
    3. Battery can't comply with the charging requirement

The lifetime of a battery can be prolonged by:

    1. Using the original charger
    2. Charging the battery after it automatically powers off, then full charge the battery
    3. Avoiding erroneous usage of battery, such as heavy pressure, short circuit, fall off and so on

Why can't the battery be charged?

    1. The battery has no voltage.
    2. The charger has no output electric current.
    3. Low charging efficiency due to external cause

    Solutions to the problem:

    1. Test whether the charger has voltage and output electric current or not.
    2. Check if the charger is well contacted with battery.
    3. Activate the battery with voltage and current 1.5 times higher than those of the battery. (Use this method only when the battery can't be charged.)

What are the reasons that cause battery with no voltage or low voltage?

    1. No voltage.
    2. External shot circuit or overcharge, anti-charge
    3. Cells expansion and short circuit caused by direct anode contact and continuous high efficiency electric current overcharging.

    It can be avoided by:

    1. Checking if the battery is without voltage or electric current
    2. Avoiding short circuit
    3. Avoiding collision and pressure among batteries
    4. Charging the battery after it automatically powers off, then full charge the battery.

    Battery Maintenance and User Instructions

    1. A new battery usually maintains a discharged condition with very low capacity. It is highly recommended to fully charge new battery packs before using. You can refer to the users' guide of your electronic device for charging instructions.
    2. A new battery pack needs to be circled (fully discharged and recharged) three to five times to reach its optimum performance.
    3. Rechargeable battery will undergo self-discharging when left unused for a long period of time. Thus, it should always be stored in a fully charged state and kept in a cool, dry and clean place.
    4. To maintain the optimum performance of a battery pack, it is highly recommended to circle (fully discharging and recharging) it at least once a month.
    5. It is normal if a new battery gets warm when being charged or used. However, please pay special attention if the battery pack becomes excessively hot. This may indicate there is a problem with the charging circuit of the electronic device. Please consult a qualified technician if necessary.
    6. New batteries are hard to be charged. Sometimes, your electronic device may indicate a fully charged condition about 10 to 15 minutes when the new battery pack is being charged for the first time. When this happens, remove the battery pack and let it cool down for about 10 to 15 minutes then repeat the charging procedure. Sometimes, a new battery will suddenly refuse to be charged. If this happens, a suggested solution is trying to remove the battery from the device and insert it again.

    Precautions when using a battery

    • Do not modify or disassemble it.
    • Do not incinerate or expose battery to excessive heat, which may result in an exposure.
    • Do not expose battery to water or other moist/wet substances.
    • Avoid piercing, hitting, crushing or any abuse use of the battery.
    • Do not forget to take away your battery from the device if you will not use it for a long time.
    • Avoid short circuit of the terminals by keeping your battery pack away from metal objects such as necklaces or hairpins.

How to make battery prolong life?

The usage of the new batteries
When you use a new lithium ion batteries that buy back lately at the first time, you should carry on to refresh and discharge completely 3 times. Namely the battery must be charged and discharged completely for three times, put electricity quantity to the utmost again. Not to use the battery until you repeat three times. Make sure the chemistry material in the battery being activated and the internal electricity chemical reaction of the battery enter the best appearance.

From then on, you can use random namely you can use it when charging, but you must guarantee there is once turn on electricity completely one month. Such depth turn on electricity can stir up the battery to activate the function, and it is very important for Prolong the service life of the battery. If battery hasn't being used for more than 3 months, When you want to use it, you must use the same method (refreshing and discharge completely 3 times) to charge and discharge it again before use to insure to activate the battery.

    The maintain of batteries
The common charger battery save the energy via the chemistry reaction, so its capacity may be influenced by the temperature, unused time, surroundings and the use times.

The following is about how to optimize battery's maintain utmost for prolong the battery's use time. After charging the battery, you'd better not to use it until it being filled completely. If your battery is new or it's the first time you charge it, It's possible due to some reasons make your battery is't be filled fully. So in order to require the biggest function, you should do as follow operation:

Make sure charge and discharge completely three times, if your battery hasn't being used for several months, I advise you should charge and discharge fully it for three times.

You don't charge your battery until the energy in your battery is exhaustion. The charge and turn on electricity of the part may cause each chemistry function inside battery as a result the battery function will back to decline

Lastly I advise you turn on electricity depth every several months for optimize your battery.
